The day after I graduated from high school, I was in an automobile accident that resulted in paralysis at the 6th thoracic vertebrae. I knew in an instant that my life had changed forever. I knew what happened, but I didn't know what it really meant.
Now, at 48 and after 30 years of living with and coping with spinal cord injury (SCI), I am ready to share my experiences and knowledge with you. Over this time I have developed a wide network and learned more than I thought possible. I want to use this knowledge to help you feel encouraged, empowered and assist you in redefining what is possible in your own life.
"My knowledge came from others who have been at it longer than me."
